Faulty item

The faulty products can be fixed or exchanged. However we do not have responsibility for broken items due to mishandling with it. In case of fixed item which is broken by mishandling from the customer, the customer has responsibility for shipping cost including return and fee, also, may be charged for fixing.

Disconnection of necklace or bracelet chains incurred during opening package is included in mishandling. Disconnection incurred by strongly pulling out while wearing the products is also included in mishandling.

In case of very delicate and slim rings, it can be cut or broken by too tighten wearing. This case is also included in mishandling and those cannot be free fixed or exchanged. The adjustable rings can be cut due to be widening for making bigger size. This case is also included in mishandling.

Refund and exchange

We do not receive the claims of any refund. Customers can exchange the size or other products within 7 days from received date with unused condition. However, the exchange to other product due to simply changed mind is not allowed.  In case of earrings, worn earrings are excluded in exchange. It is strictly restricted from Australian law. A certain disease can be infected to others through earrings. Sales items are also excluded in exchange. Before returning the products, please contact to us.
